ASP Results is a sales training company built around one conviction: the best sales teams don't win by dropping price — they win by being a better partner than the cheaper guy. That's true whether you sell ready mix concrete, aggregates, asphalt, or any other commodity the market treats as interchangeable.

Why I built this

I spent 15+ years in the trenches with concrete and aggregate producers across the US and Canada. What I saw over and over: great companies losing good work because their salespeople had been trained to quote-and-hope instead of sell. They had every tool except the one that actually closes deals — a coach in their corner when the pressure's on.

ASP stands for Awareness, Skills, Practice — the three-part arc that actually changes how a rep sells. Awareness of what's really happening in a conversation. Skills to move it somewhere useful. Practice until those skills are automatic.

What I coach

Stop competing on price. Decommoditize the product. Build relationships that survive a bid going sideways. Handle the "your price is too high" conversation from confidence, not desperation. Understand DISC styles well enough that you can mirror the buyer sitting across from you without thinking about it.
